பட்வா என்ற விஷயமே இந்துமதத்தில் இல்லை என்று தெரியாத சோனியா காந்தி

இந்துமதத்தில் பட்வா என்ற விஷயமே கிடையாது. இந்துமதத்தில் யாரும் யார் மீது எப்படிப்பட்ட "பட்வா"வும் விதிக்க முடியாது என்றுகூட தெரியாத சோனியா காந்தி கலைஞர் கருணாநிதி மீது போடாத பட்வாவை எதிர்த்து கருத்து கூறியுள்ளார்.

பட்வா என்பது இந்துமதத்தில் இல்லை என்று கூட தெரியாத இந்தியபத்திரிக்கையாளர்கள் கூட்டமாக சேர்ந்து கும்மி அடிக்கிறார்கள்.

இதுவரை டானிஷ் கார்ட்டூனிஸ்டுகள் மீதும், தஸ்லிமா மீதும் ஒரிஜினல் இஸ்லாமிய பட்வா விதித்த இந்திய முஸ்லீம் அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு எதிராக சோனியா அம்மையார் எந்த கருத்தும் இதுவரை கூறவில்லை என்பதும் நம் கருத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டியது.

இந்துமதத்தை பற்றியும் இந்து மதத்தின் ஒழுக்க மதிப்பீடுகள் பற்றியும் ஒன்றுமே தெரியாத ஒரு கும்பல் இன்று இந்தியாவை ஆள்கிறது.

இதிலிருந்து இந்தியாவை மீட்க வேண்டியது இந்துக்களின் கடமை.

Sonia says everyone should unite to fight fundamentalists

Chennai, Sept. 24 (PTI): In the backdrop of a reported "fatwa" issued by former BJP MP Ram Vilas Vedanti against DMK patriarch and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi has said that everyone should unite to face the threats posed by religious fundamentalist forces.

"We will not be cowed down by threats and continue to work for the people," Gandhi told Union Shipping T R Baalu in a telephonic conversation yesterday, a DMK release said.

Baalu, who had written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh yesterday seeking immediate action against Vedanti, had also send a similar letter to Gandhi.

Everybody should fight unitedly against communal forces, Gandhi told Baalu.

She also asked Baalu to convery her regards to Karunanidhi, the release said.

Vedanti, a senior VHP leader had in Ayodhya on Friday taken strong exception to Karunanidhi's comments questioning the existence of Lord Ram.

However, Vedanti yesterday denied having issued any "fatwa" against Karunanidhi and claimed the media had "twisted" his remarks.
