கிறிஸ்துவ மதமாற்றம் செய்ய இடமே இல்லாமல், கனக துர்க்கா கோவிலுக்கு வந்து பக்தர்களிடம் அசிங்கமாக நடந்துகொள்ளும் இந்த கிறிஸ்துவர்களுக்கு நாகரீகம் சொல்லித்தர வேண்டுமென்றால், எல்லா சர்ச்சுக்குள்ளும் விபூதி குங்குமத்தோடு சென்று தேவார திருவாசக விரிவுரை நடத்த வேண்டும்.

முதலில் இந்த அசிங்கங்கள் நாகரிகம் கற்றுக்கொள்ளட்டும். அப்புறம் அவர்களது கடவுளை நம்மிடம் விற்க வரலாம்.

Sadhus meet EO of Durga temple

Vijayawada, July 23: The propagation of other religions on the Indreakeeladri hills where the famous Kanaka Durga temple is located in the city is turning out to be controvercial. Several sadhus and sants affiliated to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad visited the city on Monday and met Mr Chandrasekhar Azad, the executive officer of Kanaka Durga temple.

The religious leaders submitted a memorandum to him requesting him to ensure that propagation of other religions was strictly prohibited on the hills.

They alleged that propagation of other religions near temples was a threat to Hindu religion. The sadhus said those who prpagate other religions near the temples should be prosecuted according to GO 746. They told the executive officer that some of the private security guards were sporting a cross while performing their duties.

Sri Matha Sivachaitananda Swamiji of Tadepalli, Markandeyananda Swami of Nellore and Swami Maruti Charan of Rajahmundry were among the delegation.
