Communist Conspiracy to create Communal Riots in Kerala
12/03/2008 16:23:49 HK Correspondent

Thiruvananthapuram: Mohammed Fasal, a news paper boy of NDF mouth piece was murdered one and a half years back near a local mosque. He was earlier a Communist activist who supplied Marxist mouth piece Deshabhimani in the area and he have lot comrade friends as well.

A Trishul was recovered from the area and as happens always the crime was forced upon RSS. NDF terrorists jumped to the sudden conclusion that Fasal was murdered by the Sangh Parivar on the eve of Id with the aim of fomenting communal trouble! Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan confirmed it in a press meet that the NDF man was murdered by the BJP-RSS as part of a conspiracy!

Provocative meetings were held by NDF across the state, challenging the whole Hindu Society. Police questioned and tortured many RSS activists day and night as per the instructions from Communist party office. As the case dragged on Police couldn’t find any evidence to charge any RSS activists. Finally due to severe pressure from all quarters Kodiyeri directed the Police to arrest three CPM activist and to close the case before the skeletons start to fall from the roof.

Now the very same case is directed for a CBI Enquiry by Kerala High Court. Although every thing seems to be just part of usual Communist politics of wiping out their opponents, there is much more to this case .

This is an ample example of how vicious a Communist Brain will act to create troubles among two communities for their own selfish gains at the expense of Human Blood

Communist Conspiracy

1)By planting Thrishul they succeeded to evoke the suitable response from NDF against RSS

2) A Statement from Home Minister itself about RSS cemented their belief that RSS is behind this murder

3) Communist party believed after this Murder there will be Communal riot in the area.

4) During that Communal riot Communist party can come up as saviours of Muslims and attack Hindus

5) By that they can annihilate the Hindus opposing them and can win the hearts of Muslims

All these at the expense of cornering Hindus!!

Why the Conspiracy Failed ?

1) Apart from planting Thrishul, CPI(M) couldn’t plant other material evidences enough to prove the false charges of murder on Hindu activists

2) Communist party dreamt of immediate riots after the murder and statement of Home Minister, So that in the ensuing chaos there won’t be any need for other evidences in that particular murder

3) NDF – was not prepared for a Communal riot especially in Kannur at that time, as they know it will backfire on them

4) Although NDF and Communist party tempted Hindu organisations by issuing provoking slogans and statements, the remarkable restraint shown by Sangh leadership prevented the state from slipping into a Communal riot as anticipated by the ruling Communist party

Public started to realize the true colours of the Marxist party all over India and this issue is an ample example on how much they can denigrate themselves for petty selfish gains in Politics. It is crystal clear that the whole episode happened with full knowledge and support of Home Minister.Kodiyeri Balakrishnan may be the first and last Home Minister in a state who conspired to foment communal riots in his own state.

Kolkata calm; cops want Taslima to leave Bengal

Kolkata / New Delhi: Central Kolkata on Wednesday literally turned into a battlefield after protests over atrocities in Nandigram and Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen's stay in India snowballed into arson and violence.

Armed with lathis and swords, hundreds of agitators belonging to a minority forum clashed with policemen even as the Army stepped in to take charge of the burning city. Many vehicles, including ambulances and state-run buses were set ablaze and so were local offices of the ruling party CPI-M. More than 150 cars were smashed in the city.

Commuters and schoolchildren were the worst hit in the riots as resultant traffic snarls left a large portion of the city choked.

“I got stranded on the roads for over two hours. I have an exam on Thursday but now I am too tired and scared to study,” a worried student said.

Trouble started when a protest programme organised by the All India Minority Forum (AIMF) to block roads over the issue of Nandigram and stay of Taslima Nasreen turned violent.

Thousands of AIMF members had gathered at crossings on major roads such as Sealdah Railway Station, Park Circus, AJC Bose Road, Ripon Street and CIT Road.

The crowd went out of control when the police tried to intervene and stop the protesters from gathering together. The crowd went on a rampage and started throwing stones and soda water bottles at the policemen. Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Jawed Shamim was injured when the police tried to lift the blockade on the arterial AJC Bose Road. A CNN-IBN cameraperson was also hurt in the stone pelting.

"The cause of the protest is Nandigram tension and Taslima Nasreen. Without any provocation, the police started beating the protestors. Both Muslims and non-Muslims are on the streets now," Minority Front President Shehenshah Jehangir told CNN-IBN.

The situation is under control for the moment and curfew will be imposed in the trouble- torn areas like Park Circus, Moulali and Ripon Street from 2200 hours IST to 0600 hours IST on Thursday.

“The police have brought the situation under control and the Rapid Action Force has also been deployed. The state government has conveyed to us that the situation is tense but fully under control,” Home Minister Shivraj Patil said.

The Army presence has helped bring the situation under control. Over 700 armed troops have been called in to conduct flag marches in Kolkata essentially to give out a message of law and order. Each Army column is being accompanied by a local magistrate as the troops are not authorised to use force without a written authorisation by the accompanying magistrate.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya called an emergency meeting to take stock of the situation.

West Bengal Home secretary PR Roy said more than 60 people have been arrested for the violence. "There has been no firing. Only tear gas shells were used and mob was lathicharged," he said.

Police offers Taslima Nasreen to move out of Bengal

West Bengal police on Wednesday made an offer to controversial Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen to move her out of the state following outbreak of large-scale violence in Kolkata during a shutdown called by a Muslim outfit demanding that her visa will be cancelled.

Union Home Ministry sources told PTI that the police has suggested to Nasreen that she could be moved out to Gujarat but the author is believed to have turned down the offer.

The visa of the Bangladeshi writer has been extended by the Government till February 17 next year.

Kerala bishop remark lands Achuthanandan in a soup
Aug 2, 2007, 16:30 GMT

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 2 (IANS) Kerala Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan Thursday landed himself in a soup after a bishop came out against the chief minister's statement that he had never met the controversial business baron Farris Abubacker.

Abubacker is a close aide of Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan and chairman of the Malayalam daily Deepika.

The businessman told CPI-M controlled Kairali TV channel Wednesday that Achuthanandan had contacted him once through Kanjirapally bishop Mathew Arakkal.

Reacting to the interview, Achuthanandan, in a statement issued Thursday, said he never contacted Abubacker and that the interview was a 'conspiracy' hatched to defame him.

'Hitherto it was the Deepika newspaper that was attacking me and now a TV channel also has begun this and has entered into a conspiracy. The interview was a stage-managed act,' said the chief minister.

Meanwhile, a spokesman for bishop Arakkal said that what Abubacker had said was true and that the bishop does not want to enter into a controversy.

The CPI-M came under fire from another Malayalam daily, Mathurbhumi, recently for allegedly taking Rs.6 million in donation from Abubacker.

Last week, Achuthanandan had lashed out at Abubacker terming him a person who should be ''hated'' as he is one of the main accused in a Rs.530 million kidney racket case.

The central leadership of CPI-M has taken a wait-and-watch approach over the intensifying internal conflict in the Kerala unit of the party.

Talking to IANS, CPI-M politburo member Sitaram Yechury said: 'We are waiting for report of the general secretary (Prakash Karat) and S. Ramachandra Pillai on the Kerala situation. The politburo will come into the picture only after that report.'

The politburo had earlier suspended both Achuthanandan and Vijayan from the apex decision-making body of the party for indiscipline, which was later ratified by the party's central committee.

Maoists abduct 10 Chhattisgarh tribals

Raipur, June 24: Maoists have abducted 10 tribals belonging to Chhattisgarh's civil militia movement near the Andhra Pradesh border. Hundreds of police personnel have fanned out across the forests in the border area to trace the hostages, police said.

The 10 cadres of the civil militia movement Salwa Judum were kidnapped Saturday by Maoists in Andhra Pradesh's Chintoor region, around 10 km away from the state's border, while they were returning to Chhattisgarh after attending a wedding.

The abducted tribals, including four women, belong to a relief camp called Mangaigura in Chhattisgarh's insurgency-hit Dantewada district. 'Dozens of search teams are combing the forest hideouts of Maoists near the Chhattisgarh-Andhra Pradesh border to trace the abducted Salwa Judum members,' R.K. Vij, inspector general of Bastar range, said.

He added that Chhattisgarh police were in touch with Andhra Pradesh police authorities to secure the safe release of the tribals. About 50,000 people, mostly tribals, have settled in 22 state-run relief camps in Chhattisgarh's southern insurgency hit areas due to threats from Maoists. The anti-Maoist Salwa Judum (Campaign for peace) movement was started by tribals in June 2005 and was later supported by the state government.

According to police estimates, around 5,000 hardcore Maoists armed with AK-47 rifles and landmines, backed by nearly 20,000 cadres, are active in Chhattisgarh, mainly in the southern districts of Bastar, Narayanpur, Bijapur, Kanker and Dantewada districts.

UN says Nepal Maoists have stepped up violence, abduction

Jun 23, 2007, 13:07 GMT

Kathmandu - Maoist former rebels have stepped up their violent activities and abductions in recent months creating a climate of fear, the United Nations human rights office in Nepal said Saturday.

The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Nepal said the Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-M) and its youth wing Young Communist League (YCL) were involved in abductions, ill-treatment in captivity, physical attacks and the violent disruption of political activities and other types of abuse.

'OHCHR-Nepal has noted with concern that reports of YCL and other CPN-M abuses have started to increase again particularly since mid- April this year,' a statement said.

'Some 24 people have been abducted since May 28 alone, interrogated, in some cases beaten and threatened before being released or handed over to police after a short period in captivity.'

The OHCHR-Nepal said the abuse violated international human rights law, the peace agreement between the government and the former rebels and domestic laws.

OHCHR said: 'The human rights abuses committed by the YCL are contributing to a climate of fear and intimidation and were restricting legitimate political, journalistic and other activities particularly related to freedom of expression and assembly.'

The latest UN criticism of the Maoists and its youth wing came amid growing public concerns over their activities despite the party joining the government.

The Maoists have defended the YCL activities by accusing its detractors of trying to undermine the Maoist party by highlighting 'isolated incidences' and ignoring the social work it undertakes.

Many political observers also believe that a large number of YCL members are actually hardcore guerillas who fought a decade-long insurgency against government forces.

In early May, Maoist chairman Prachanda announced that the YCL would be expanded to include half a million members despite growing criticism of its activities.

The Maoists fought a decade-long war on government security forces to transform Nepal into a communist republic. Nearly 15,000 people died in the fighting. The signing of a Comprehensive Peace Agreement with the Nepalese government in November 2006 formally ended the fighting.

Under the agreement, the Maoist fighters were confined to seven cantons and 21 satellite camps across Nepal and paved the way for the Maoists to join mainstream politics.

The Maoists became part of the government on April 1 and have five full ministers in Nepal's interim government.
