TECUMSEH - Two religious buildings in Tecumseh were hit by thieves Monday night.
OPP said the first theft happened at a mosque and school on County Road 9 around 9 p.m. An unidentified white male was seen entering an office in the building. He walked out with a black bag containing a laptop computer.
Witnesses told police they later saw two male suspects walking away from the mosque.

Font:****The man who stole the laptop is described as 18 to 20 years old and about five foot eight. He had fair skin and was clean-shaven, and wore a grey hooded sweater.
Later that night, Tecumseh OPP received a report of another theft, this time from a church on Highway 3.
The main office of the church was broken into and ransacked sometime between 9 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. Stolen items included a laptop computer, a 50-inch plasma-screen television, more than $1,000 cash and candles.
