Two hurt in 'bomb blast' near Nandigram
Nandigram (PTI): Two CPI(M) activists were allegedly injured when crude bombs they were making exploded at Khejuri, near here,on Wednesday.

However, the police was yet to confirm the incident.

Trinamool Congress sources claimed that the CPI(M workers were making bombs in their houses at Goga in Khe)juri when the explosion occurred.

East Midnapore district superintendent of police S S Panda said that he would look into the matter.

Meanwhile, four persons were injured in an armed clash between Trinamool Congress and CPI(M) activists at Dariachak village, near Kolaghat,on Tuesday night. Twelve houses were also looted, the police said.

A strong police picket was posted in the village.
