சோமாலியா: இஸ்லாமிய பயங்கரவாதிகள் குண்டு வீசியதில் கர்ப்பிணி பெண் பலி



முஸ்லீம் பயங்கரவாதிகள் சோமாலிய அரசாங்க வீரர்களை தாக்கி வருகின்றனர். அவர்கள் மார்க்கெட், சந்தை ஆகிய இடங்களில் குண்டு வீசுகின்றனர். இதில் இரண்டு பேர் பலியானார்கள். ஒரு கர்ப்பிணி பெண்ணும் இதில் பலியானார்.

Mogadishu 25, July.07 ( Sh.M.Network)- At least two persons have been wounded after Somalia's suspected Islamist-led rebels hurled grenades at government police stations in Heliwa and Medina districts in southern and northern parts of the capital, Mogadishu, last night.

The attacks took place minutes of each other, according to witnesses in the areas.

Hussein Ahmed, a witness, told Shabelle that unknown gunmen attacked Galbeed police station in Medina. "We have heard a huge bomb blast and less than a minute, exchanges of gunfire followed," he said.

He said the neighbors rushed two civilians who were wounded in the crossfire to a hospital after the brief gun battle halted.
No casualties have been reported from the grenade attacks against the government troops in Heliwa.

On Tuesday three people were killed after unknown gunmen carried out an ambush attack against government troops based in Bar Ubah neighborhood, south of the capital. Among the killed was a pregnant woman.

Mohammed Sheik Osman, one of two people who were wounded in the blast, told Shabelle that bomb targeted the government soldiers that were passing by the road of Bar Ubah.

"Everything was normal until the blast interrupted everything. When the explosion occurred, I got wounded by the shrapnel in the leg and I saw three people, including a pregnant woman, bleeding and not moving at all," he said.

Osman has also indicated that he and another person have been wounded in the explosion.

Other witnesses said government forces opened fired randomly after the incident.
