பாகிஸ்தான் மதரஸா சீர்திருத்தத்தை மேற்பார்வை பார்க்க இந்து நியமனம்

பாகிஸ்தான் பிரதமர் முகம்மதுமியான் சூம்ரோ அவர்கள் பாகிஸ்தானிய மதரஸாக்களை மேற்பார்வை பார்க்கவும், அவைகளில் சீர்திருத்தத்தை கொண்டுவரவும், இந்துவான அமர்லாலை நியமித்துள்ளார்.

இஸ்லாமிய மதரஸாக்களை நிர்வகிக்க ஒரு இந்து நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது பாகிஸ்தான் வரலாற்றிலேயே இதுவே முதல்முறை. இதற்கு பலத்த எதிர்ப்பு இருக்கலாம் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.

Hindu appointed PM’s adviser on madrassas

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker PM Mohammadmian Soomro has appointed Amar Lal, a Hindu, as his special adviser to monitor the process of registration and reforms of madrassas.

Amar Lal will be assigned the post of federal minister.

According to details, Amar Lal had directed Secretary Religious Affairs Wakil Ahmad Khan in a letter on Wednesday to provide him all records pertaining to reforms and registration of madrassas besides arranging a special briefing for himself about the syllabus taught at the madrassas. Sources told Online that a Hindu adviser on religious affairs could prompt severe reaction among the religious circles.

Religious Affairs Secretary Wakil Ahmad Khan told Daily Times, “It’s not in my knowledge that anyone has been appointed as special adviser to monitor registration of madrassas”.

He said that he had also not yet received any letter from Amar Lal asking to arrange a briefing for the latter. online/staff report
