15 வயது சிறுமியை 40 வயது பங்களாதேஷி முஸ்லீமுக்கு வீட்டிலேயே திருமணம் செய்துவைத்து அந்த சிறுமியை பாலுறவு பலாத்காரம் செய்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

அந்த சிறுமியின் தங்கை 12 வயது சிறுமியும் பாலுறவு பலாத்காரம் செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.

இது போல இந்தியாவில் ஷரியா சட்டப்படி பாலிய விவாகம் செய்வதற்காகத்தான் முஸ்லீம்கள் தங்களது திருமணங்களை அரசாங்கத்தில் பதிய தேவையில்லை என்று கோருகிறார்கள்.

POLICE are hunting an illegal immigrant who allegedly raped a schoolgirl who was forced to marry him.

The Bangladeshi, in his 40s, is also accused of sexually assaulting the 15-year-old’s younger sister, aged 12.

A Whitehall source told The Sun the alleged rape happened more than once after a Muslim Imam conducted a home wedding for the couple.

It is understood the suspect, who may have fled the country, vanished after the bride, now 17, contacted police because she feared she would be forced into a second marriage.

The sister, who lives in London’s East End, cannot be named for legal reasons.

A police spokeswoman said: “Inquiries revealed she had already been the subject of a forced marriage to a man in his 40s when she was 15.

“She alleged she was subsequently raped by the man.”

She added: “Further inquiries revealed a second girl, then aged 12, had also been allegedly sexually assaulted by the man.”
