STOCKTON, Calif.—A priest at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton faces a claim that he sexually abused a boy in the 1980s.
The Rev. Michael Kelly was a priest at the Cathedral of the Annunciation in Stockton when the alleged abuse occurred at the boy's home from 1982 to 1985.
The alleged victim is now 33 years old, but did not recall the molestation until 2006, according to the lawsuit filed March 26 in San Joaquin County Superior Court.
Kelly was placed on leave when the plaintiff's parents first contacted the diocese about the allegations last October. But in March, he returned to the ministry at St. Joachim Catholic Church in Lockeford.
Kelly calls the claims "outrageous lies," and says he intends to fight the suit.

The Rev. Francesco Saverio Bazzoffi is alleged to have used an organization he founded, the House of the Sainted Archangels, to collect donations from spectators at public exorcisms he performed at his organization's headquarters, The Telegraph, a British newspaper, reported.
Prosecutors said associates of Bazzoffi would "pretend to be possessed by demons" and the priest would use ancient and obscure rites to perform fake exorcisms on them. The events regularly drew crowds in excess of 400 people.
"During mass, the priest spoke in Aramaic, and strange things happened," a witness told police. "I do not know if it was group hysteria or our suggestibility but I remember one old woman screaming in a man's voice while five big guys held her down."
Several documents were seized from Bazzoffi's residence last month that allegedly suggested he has more than $6 million in his bank account, The Telegraph said. Prosecutors said 13 associates of the priest are also under investigation.

An Edwardsville woman and her husband have filed a lawsuit against their former priest, claiming that he initiated an inappropriate sexual relationship with the woman and then followed her to Edwardsville when the couple moved here to try to get away.
The suit was filed in Madison County.
It alleges that Father Thomas R. Szydlik assaulted her when he was an assistant priest at Saint Vincent de Paul Church in Peoria. The couple attended the church from September, 2000, until June, 2006. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between November, 2004, and September ,2006, while Szydlik was employed by the Catholic Diocese of Peoria.
The suit claims the abuse began after the woman confessed to Szydlik, in a confessional, that she and her husband were having marital problems. Szydlik, the suit claims, suggested later that he "would help her fill her desire, as confessed to him, of having more children."
At that point, Szydlik began scheming to develop an inappropriate relationship with the woman, the suit alleges. The priest was her "spiritual guide at a time when she considered . . . that her faith was the only solid thing upon which she could rely. Szydlik continuously encouraged the woman to confide in him and trust in him."
Szydlik not only used and subverted Catholic doctrines of infallibility and deference to priests and the priesthood, "but the 'intent' of God to overcome and suppress (the woman's) independent judgment." The priest used e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face confrontations to groom and intimidate the woman "into submission to his desires, never missing an opportunity to lead her into believing whatever she and Szydlik did or said was 'excused' because Szydlik was saving her very soul."
In January of 2005, the woman told her husband about the relationship, and the husband confronted Szydlik, who apologized, according to the suit. Soon after, Szydlik was reassigned to another church within the diocese.
According to the Catholic Diocese of Peoria's Web site, Szydlik was placed on leave in 2006. Calls to the diocese were not returned.
At various times during the relationship, Szydlik allegedly told the woman that he would leave the priesthood and marry her after she and her husband divorced.
In 2006, the couple moved to Edwardsville to distance themselves from his advances.
The suit alleges that Szydlik followed them to Edwardsville and stayed here for three or four months to try to keep the relationship going. During that time, Szydlik continued to pursue the woman, according to the suit.
In May of 2006, the woman became pregnant but later had an abortion, at Szydlik's insistence, according to the suit.
The suit also names as defendants Daniel R. Jenky, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Peoria, and Monsignor Paul E. Showalter, Father Larry Surek, Monsignor William Watson and Patricia Gibson.
The couple is seeking in excess of $50,000 for each of 23 counts. They are being represented by Jacksonville attorney David E. Leefers.

சென்னை: கடந்த 40 வருடங்களாக மராட்டியத்திலும், மலேசியாவிலும், ஈழத்திலும், இப்போது கர்நாடகத்திலும் தமிழனின் கண்களைப் பிடுங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். இதை இனியும் தமிழர்கள் அனுமதிக்கக் கூடாது என்று நடிகர் சத்யராஜ் கூறியுள்ளார்.
உண்ணாவிரத்தில் சத்யராஜ் பேசுகையில், இங்கு யாருடைய பெயரைச் (ரஜினி) சொன்னால் எனக்குக் கைத்தட்டல் கிடைக்குமோ, அந்தப் பெயரைச் சொல்வதை விட, நாக்கைப் பிடுங்கிக் கொண்டு சாவேன். கர்நாடகத்தில் தமிழனை கன்னடக்காரர்கள் தாக்கிக் கொண்டுள்ளனர். அதைப் பற்றி மட்டும்தான் இங்கு பேசுவேன்.
இதுவரை என்னை மனிதன் என்று சொல்லிக் கொள்ள ஆசைப்பட்டேன். ஆனால் இன்று முதல் என்னை தமிழன் என்று சொல்லிக் கொள்ள ஆசைப்படுகிறேன்.
அப்படியானால் தமிழன் மனிதன் இல்லையா என்ற சந்தேகம் வரும். தமிழன் மனிதன் இல்லை, வெறும் மரம் என்றுதான் அவர்கள் நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
மரமாக இருந்தால் என்ன நடக்கும்? நாய் வந்து ஒண்ணுக்கு அடிக்கும். பிறகு எவனாவது வந்து மரத்தை வெட்டி எடுத்துக் கொண்டு போய் கட்டில் செய்து கால் மேல் கால் போட்டு ஆட்டிக் கொண்டிருப்பான். டேபிள் செய்து அதில் உட்காருவான். மொத்தத்தில் அந்த மரத்திற்கு மரியாதையே இல்லாமல் போய் விடும். எனவே தமிழா, நீ மரமாக இருக்காதே, மனிதனாகவும் இருக்காதே, தமிழனாக இரு என்று சொல்கிறேன்.
காந்தி சொன்னார் கண்ணுக்கு கண் என்று ஆரம்பித்தால் உலகில் உள்ள 600 கோடி பேரும் குருடனாகத்தான் இருப்பார்கள். கடைசியில் உலகில் அத்தனை பேரும் குருடனாகி விடுவார்கள் என்றார். ஆனால் தமிழனுடைய கண்ணை 40 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே பிடுங்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டார்கள்.
முதலில் மகாராஷ்டிரத்தில் பால்தாக்கரே என்ற ஆள் பிடுங்கினார். பின்னர் மலேசியாவில் பிடுங்கினார்கள். ஈழத்தில் பிடுங்கினார்கள். இன்று கர்நாடகத்திலும் பிடுங்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டார்கள்.
எனவே காந்தி சொல்வதை இன்று கடைப்பிடிப்பதாக இருந்தால் உலகில் உள்ள 10 கோடித் தமிழர்களும் குருடனாக இருப்பார்கள். மற்ற 690 கோடி பேரும் பார்வையுடன் திரிவார்கள். ஏற்கனவே தமிழன் சிந்தனைக் குருடனாக, கருத்துக் குருடனாக இருக்கிறான். கண்ணும் போய் விட்டால் தலைமுடி மாதிரிதான் இருக்கும் அவனது வாழ்க்கை.
40 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு எம்.ஜி.ஆர், தமிழக முதல்வராக இருந்தபோது, கர்நாடகத்தில் குண்டுராவ் முதல்வராக இருந்தார். அவர் எம்.ஜி.ஆரின் தீவிர ரசிகர். ஒருமுறை குண்டுராவ் வீட்டுக்கு எம்.ஜி.ஆர். போயிருந்தார். மட்டன், சிக்கன் என அனைத்தும் செய்து போட்டார்கள். எம்.ஜிஆரும் சாப்பிட்டார்.
ஆனால் அவர்கள் வைத்த தண்ணீரை மட்டும் குடிக்க மாட்டேன் என்று கூறி விட்டார். எனது மக்கள் தண்ணீர் இல்லாமல் தவிக்கிறார்கள். எனக்கு மட்டும் எதற்கு உங்கள் தண்ணீர் என்று கூறி விட்டார்.
சாய்குமார் என்று ஒரு நடிகர். உனக்குப் பிடித்த நடிகர் யார் என்று அவரிடம் கர்நாடகத்தில் கேட்டுள்ளனர். அதற்கு அவர் நடிகர் திலகம் சிவாஜி கணேசன் என்று கூறி விட்டார். அவ்வளவுதான் அவரை உதை உதை என்று உதைத்து ராஜ்குமார் என்று சொல் என்று கூறியுள்ளனர். இதற்குப் பெயர்தான் கன்னட வெறி.
நான் வீரப்பன் செய்த செயல்களை எல்லாம் கேள்விப்பட்டு முன்பு அவன் மீது கோபப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன், ஆவேசப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன். ஆனால் பல வீரப்பன்களை உருவாக்கும் நிலையை இப்போது உருவாக்கி விடாதீர்கள் என்று அவர்களை கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
ஓகனேக்கல் கூட்டுக் குடிநீர் திட்டத்தால் தமிழகத்திற்கு லாபம் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் கர்நாடகத்திற்கு ஒரு நஷ்டமும் கிடையாது.

அங்கு வாட்டாள் நாகராஜ் என்கிற ஒரு பெரிய காமெடியன் இருக்கிறார். நல்லவேளை அவர் சினிமாவுக்கு வரவில்லை. வந்திருந்தால் வடிவேலுவை எல்லாம் மிஞ்சியிருப்பார். அவர் சொல்கிறார் ஈரோடு, கிருஷ்ணகிரி, தர்மபுரி எல்லாம் கர்நாடகத்தோடு சேர வேண்டியதாம். விட்டால், மெட்ராஸ், பீச் எல்லாமும் எங்களுக்குத்தான் எல்லாம். நாம் என்ன வாயில் விரல் வைத்து கொண்டு போகனுமா.

வந்தாரை வாழ வைக்கும் தமிழகம் என்று பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்காதீர்கள். அப்படியே பேசிக் கொண்டிருந்தால் நீ கேன.... ஆகி விடுவாய். வாலாட்டினால் ஒட்ட நறுக்கவும் தெரியணும். அவன்தான் தமிழன். குனிந்து கொண்டே இருந்தால் குதிரை ஏறிக் கொண்டுதான் இருப்பார்கள். குனியாதே, நிமிர்ந்து நில்.

கடவுளுக்காக இனிமேல் வெளியில் போகாதீர்கள். தமிழ்க் கடவுள் முருகன் இருக்கிறான். அவனைக் கும்பிடுங்கள். மதுரை வீரனைக் கும்பிடுங்கள், சுடலை மாடனை கும்பிடுங்கள். நமக்கு ராமனும் வேண்டாம், ராகவேந்திராவும் வேண்டாம் (ரஜினியை திரும்பிப் பார்த்தபடி), அய்யப்பனும் வேண்டாம்.

Holly Force, and her husband, Christopher, are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which was filed this week in Madison County. The lawsuit names the Rev. Thomas Szydlik, who church officials say has stepped down from the ministry until the lawsuit is resolved.
Holly Force claims Szydlik began pursuing a relationship with her in 2004 while she attended a church in Peoria. The complaint states the Forces left Peoria and moved to Edwardsville to distance themselves from Szydlik.
Force alleges she had an abortion in July 2006 due to coercion by Szydlik.
Diocese Chancellor Patricia Gibson said Szydlik told Bishop Daniel Jenky in March 2005 that he had feelings for a woman, but that no vows had been broken. Szydlik asked then to be transferred to a different parish.
The diocese lists Szydlik as a priest at Immaculate Conception parish in Nauvoo. He was ordained in 2003.
In February 2006, Szydlik obtained a leave of absence and cut off contact with the diocese, Gibson said. In September 2006, Szydlik told the bishop his relationship with the woman had ended, and asked to return to active ministry.
The bishop sent him to a therapy program, and after five months, Szydlik was allowed to return to ministry under supervision.
In its statement, the diocese said it acted decisively on every occasion as information was brought forward.

Former Jesuit Priest Donald McGuire was set to appear Wednesday for an extradition hearing on charges that he sexually abused two boys in Arizona between 1998 to 2002. However, the 77 year old was admitted to the hospital for chest pains. The Arizona charge is among the latest of numerous accusations in both the U.S. and abroad. He was convicted of molesting kids in Lake Geneva in the 1960's.
Now he's under police guard while hospitalized.
"We're extremely pleased that law enforcement is finally an appropriate and aggressive stance against these particular types of criminals," said Peter Isely, Midwest Director for Survivors Network for Those Abused by Priests.
McGuire has been a free man as he appeals his Wisconsin conviction. His extradition hearing, in Cook County Illinois, has been moved to Friday.

செல்லாண்டியம்மன் கோவில் தெருவை ஈத்கா பள்ளிவாசல் தெருவாக மாற்றியதால் திண்டுக்கல்லில் இந்து முன்னணி போராட்டம்

திண்டுக்கல்: தெரு பெயரை மாற்றியதால் திண்டுக்கல்லில் இரு பிரிவினரிடையே மோதல் ஏற்படும் சூழ்நிலை நிலவுகிறது. இது தொடர்பாக மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டவர்கள் மீது போலீசார் தடியடி நடத்தி 70 பேரை கைது செய்துள்ளனர்.
திண்டுக்கல் நாராயண பிள்ளை தோட்டம் பகுதியி்ல் செல்லாண்டியம்மன் கோவில் தெரு உள்ளது. சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்பு இந்த தெருவில் 'ஈத்கா பள்ளிவாசல் தெரு' என்று புதிய பெயர் பலகையை வைத்துள்ளனர்.
இதனால் கடந்த 2 நாட்களாக பிரச்னை நிலவி வருகிறது.
இந்நிலையில், இந்து முன்னணி சார்பில் அங்கு கொடியேற்ற நிகழ்ச்சி நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டதால் பதற்றம் அதிகரித்தது. இதனால் அந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு போலீசார் அனுமதிதர மறுத்தனர்.
அந்த பகுதியில் சர்ச்சையைக் கிளப்பிய புதிய பெயர் பலகையையும் போலீசார் அகற்றினர். அந்த பலகையை வைத்தது தொடர்பாக கணவாசையது, அக்பர்அலி, அப்துல்ரக்மான், ஹக்கீம், உசேன் ஆகியோர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர்.
அவர்களை விடுவிக்கக்கோரி நேற்று முன்தினம் இரவு சாலை மறியல் நடந்தது. இதில், பஸ் கண்ணாடிகள் அடித்து நொறுக்கப்பட்டன. இதையடுத்து போலீசார் அவர்களை விடுவித்தனர்.
இந்தநிலையில் அங்கு தொடர்ந்து பதற்ற சூழ்நிலை இருந்ததால் கூடுதல் போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்பு போடப்பட்டது. முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கையாக நேற்று நள்ளிரவில் இந்து முன்னணியின் மாவட்ட பொது செயலாளர் ரவிபாலன், வினோத்குமார், ஆனந்த், நாகராஜ், விஜயகுமார், சந்திரசேகர், பாண்டி, வீரணன், மற்றொரு வீரணன் ஆகிய 9 பேரையும் போலீசார் கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்தனர்.
இதனால் ஆத்திரம் அடைந்த செல்லாண்டியம்மன் கோவில் தெருவைச் சேர்ந்த பொதுமக்கள் நேற்று காலை சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட முயன்றனர். போலீசார் அவர்களை தடுத்து நிறுத்தி சமாதானம் செய்ய முயன்றனர்.
கைது செய்தவர்களை விடுவிக்காத நிலையில் போராட்டத்தை கைவிட மக்கள் மறுத்தனர். மாலை 5 மணியளவில் பேச்சு நடத்தலாம் என்று திண்டுக்கல் கோட்டாட்சியர் பேச்சியம்மாள், ஏடிஎஸ்பி திருநாவுக்கரசு ஆகியோர் கூறியதையும் ஏற்கவி்ல்லை.
இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, தாடிக்கொம்பு சாலையில் திடீர் சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதையடுத்து பொதுமக்கள் மீது போலீசார் தடியடி நடத்தி கலைத்தனர். இதுதொடர்பாக பாஜ மாவட்ட பொதுச் செயலாளர் திருமலைபாலாஜி, நகர தலைவர் ஜெயபால் உள்பட 55 பேர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர்.
இந்த மறியல் நடந்த சிறிது நேரத்தில் திண்டுக்கல் பஸ் நிலையம் முன்பு மீண்டும் பொதுமக்கள் சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். தகவலறிந்து போலீசார் அங்கும் சென்று தடியடி நடத்தினர். இதைப் பார்த்த பயணிகள் அலறியடித்து ஓடினர். 2 இடங்களிலும் மறியலில் ஈடுபட்ட சுமார் 70 பேரை போலீசார் கைது செய்தனர்.
அடுத்த சில நிமிடங்களில் நாகல்நகர், பறைப்பட்டி ஆகிய இடங்களில் மறியல் நடப்பதாக தகவல் பரவியதால் போலீசார் அந்த பகுதிகளில் ரோந்து சென்றனர். ஆனால், அசம்பாவிதம் எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் தொடர்ந்து பதட்டம் நிலவி வருகிறது.

இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, தாடிக்கொம்பு சாலையில் திடீர் சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதையடுத்து பொதுமக்கள் மீது போலீசார் தடியடி நடத்தி கலைத்தனர். இதுதொடர்பாக பாஜ மாவட்ட பொதுச் செயலாளர் திருமலைபாலாஜி, நகர தலைவர் ஜெயபால் உள்பட 55 பேர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர்.
இந்த மறியல் நடந்த சிறிது நேரத்தில் திண்டுக்கல் பஸ் நிலையம் முன்பு மீண்டும் பொதுமக்கள் சாலை மறியலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். தகவலறிந்து போலீசார் அங்கும் சென்று தடியடி நடத்தினர். இதைப் பார்த்த பயணிகள் அலறியடித்து ஓடினர். 2 இடங்களிலும் மறியலில் ஈடுபட்ட சுமார் 70 பேரை போலீசார் கைது செய்தனர்.
அடுத்த சில நிமிடங்களில் நாகல்நகர், பறைப்பட்டி ஆகிய இடங்களில் மறியல் நடப்பதாக தகவல் பரவியதால் போலீசார் அந்த பகுதிகளில் ரோந்து சென்றனர். ஆனால், அசம்பாவிதம் எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் தொடர்ந்து பதட்டம் நிலவி வருகிறது.

பாளையங்கோட்டை சீவலப்பேரி அருகே உள்ள கட்டளை கிராமத்தில் டிடிடிஏ துவக்கப்பள்ளி உள்ளது. இங்கு நூற்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவ, மாணவிகள் படித்து வருகின்றனர். இங்கு நாஞ்சான்குளத்தை சேர்ந்த சாமுவேல் ஞானதுரை என்பவர் தலைமை ஆசிரியராக வேலை பார்த்து வருகிறார்.
இவர் அடிக்கடி குடித்து விட்டு பள்ளிக்கு வருகிறார், போதையில் மாணவிகளிடம் சில்மிஷம் செய்கிறார் என்று கூறி ஊர் தலைவர் அய்யாத்துரையிடம் சில மாணவிகளின் பெற்றோர் முறையிட்டனர்.
இந்த நிலையில் சிலர் சாமுவேலை தேடிச் சென்று சரமாரியாக அடித்து உதைத்தனர்.
இதையடுத்து ஊர் தலைவர் சார்பில் சீவலப்பேரி போலீசில் தலைமையாசிரியர் மீது புகார் தரப்பட்டது. இதையடுத்து சப்-இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் ராதா பள்ளிக்கு வந்து ஆசிரியைகளிடமும், மாணவிகளிடமும் விசாரணை நடத்தினார். கல்வி துறை அதிகாரிகளும் பள்ளிக்கு வந்து மாணவிகளிடமும், பெற்றோர்களிடமும் விசாரித்தனர்.
இதுகுறித்து பெற்றோர் கூறுகையில், தான் மது அருந்தும்போது சில மாணவிகளை கடைகளுக்கு அனுப்பி கூல்டிரிக்ஸ், கூறுகாய் வாங்கி வரச் செல்வது தலைமையாசிரியரின் வழக்கமாம்.
கடந்த 28ம் தேதி மாலை 4 மணிக்கு பள்ளி நேரம் முடிந்த பிறகு சில மாணவிகளை மட்டும் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பவில்லை. அவர்களை தனது அறைக்கு அழைத்து சென்று டான்ஸ் ஆட சொல்லியிருக்கிறார். மேலும் டிரஸ் அணியாமல் நடனமாடும்படியும் அந்த மாணவிகளிடம் அசிங்கமாக நடந்திருக்கிறார். குடிபோதையில் சில மாணவிகளிடம் எல்லை மீறியும் சில்மிஷம் செய்திருக்கிறார்.
மாணவிகள் மிகவும் தாமதமாக வீட்டுக்கு வந்ததால் விசாரித்தோம். அப்போதுதான் எங்களுக்கு விவரம் தெரிந்தது. இதனால் ஆத்திரமடைந்த நாங்கள் பள்ளிக்கு சென்று அவரை அடித்து உதைத்தோம். தலைமையாசிரியர் மீது கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று கல்வி அதிகாரிகளிடம் பெற்றோர்கள் குமுறலுடன் தெரிவித்தனர்.

இவர் அடிக்கடி குடித்து விட்டு பள்ளிக்கு வருகிறார், போதையில் மாணவிகளிடம் சில்மிஷம் செய்கிறார் என்று கூறி ஊர் தலைவர் அய்யாத்துரையிடம் சில மாணவிகளின் பெற்றோர் முறையிட்டனர்.

சென்னை: சென்னையில் 2ம் வகுப்பு படித்து வரும் மாணவியைக் கடத்திச் சென்று ரூ. 15 லட்சம் கொடுத்தால்தான் விடுவிப்போம் என்று மிரட்டிய பாதிரியார் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். சிறுமியும் பத்திரமாக மீட்கப்பட்டாள்.
சென்னை அண்ணா நகரில் உள்ள அண்ணா ஆதர்ஷ் பள்ளியில், 2ம் வகுப்பு படித்து வரும் 7 வயது மாணவி ரூபியா. இவரது வீடு பெரம்பூர் ஜி.கே.எம்.காலனியில் உள்ளது. தந்தை அம்ஜத் உசேன் காண்டிராக்ட் தொழில் செய்து வருகிறார்.
நேற்று காலை வழக்கம் போல பள்ளிக்கு வந்த ரூபியா மாலையில் வீடு திரும்பவில்லை. மேலும் மதியத்திற்கு மேல் பள்ளியிலும் காணவில்லை. இதையடுத்து பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் பள்ளி முழுவதும் தேடினர். எங்கும் ரூபியா இல்லை.
இதையடுத்து பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பெற்றோருக்குத் தகவல் கொடுத்தார். பதறி அடித்து அவர்கள் ஓடி வந்தனர். இந்த நிலையில் அம்ஜத் உசேனுக்கு ஒரு போன் வந்தது. அதில் பேசிய நபர், குழந்தையை கடத்தியுள்ளோம். ரூ. 15 லட்சம் கொடுத்தால்தான் விடுவோம். போலீஸுக்குப் போகக் கூடாது என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.
இதையடுத்து அண்ணா நகர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் உசேன் புகார் கொடுத்தார். உடனடியாக போலீஸார் நடவடிக்ைகயில் இறங்கினர். தொலைபேசி எங்கிருந்து வந்தது என்பதை கண்டுபிடித்தனர். ஒரு பிசிஓ விலிருந்து போன் செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பது தெரிய வந்தது.
இந்த நிலையில் ரூபியாவின் தந்தைக்கு மீண்டும் போன் வந்தது. அதில் பேசிய நபர், நாங்கள் கூறியதை கேட்காமல் போலீஸாரிடம் சென்று விட்டீர்கள். எனவே ரூபியாவைக் கொலை செய்யப் போகிறோம் என்று அதில் பேசிய நபர் மிரட்டி விட்டு போனை வைத்து விட்டார். இதனால் உசேன் குடும்பத்தினர் பெரும் கவலையில் ஆழ்ந்தனர்.
இந்த நிலையில் சிறுமியை மீட்க போலீஸார் நடவடிக்கையை முடுக்கி விட்டனர். இதில் இன்று காலை சிறுமி பத்திரமாக மீட்கப்பட்டாள். செங்குன்றம் அருகே ஒரு சர்ச்சில் சிறுமி மறைத்து வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தாள். அவளைக் கடத்தி மறைத்து வைத்து, பணம் கேட்டு மிரட்டிய பாதிரியார் உள்ளிட்ட நான்கு பேர் கொண்ட கும்பலும் கைது செய்யப்பட்டது.
கடத்தல்காரர்கள் சிக்கியது எப்படி?:
போலீஸார் நடத்திய விசாரணையில் கடத்தல்காரர்களுக்கு சிம்கார்டு விற்ற ஆனந்த் குமார் மற்றும் நரேஷ் என்ற இரண்டு பேர் பிடிபட்டனர். அவர்களை போலீசார் கைது செய்து தீவிர விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு வந்தனர்.
இந்த நிலையில், குழந்தையின் தந்தைக்கு இன்று காலை மீண்டும் ஒரு தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு வந்தது. அதில் குழந்தையை யாரோ காரில் வந்து தன்னுடைய வீட்டில் விட்டு விட்டு சென்றதாக செங்குன்றத்தை அடுத்த காவாங்கரையை சேர்ந்த ஒருவர் கூறியுள்ளார்.
இதையடுத்து போலீசார் காவாங்கரை விரைந்தனர். அங்குள்ள ஒரு சர்ச்சில் இருந்து குழந்தையை மீட்டனர். அந்த குழந்தையிடம் நடத்தப்பட்ட விசாரணையில் நேற்று மாலை பள்ளி அருகே விளையாடிக் கொண்டிருந்த போது ஒருவன் பைக்கில் வந்து தன்னை அழைத்துச் சென்றதாகவும் பின்னர் காரில் வைத்து சுற்றியதாகவும் தெரிவித்தாள்.
இந்த கடத்தல் நாடகம் குறித்து மாநகர காவல்துறை ஆணையர் நாஞ்சில் குமரன் கூறுகையில், கடத்தப்பட்ட அண்ணாநகரை சேர்ந்த சிறுமி காவாங்கரையிலிருந்து இன்று மீட்கப்பட்டார். பாதிரியாருக்கு படித்த பிரேம் கார்த்திக் (வயது 25) என்ற வாலிபரை போலீசார் கைது செய்துள்ளோம்.
வேலை எதுவும் செய்யாத இவருக்கு ஏராளமான கடன்கள் இருப்பதாக தெரிகிறது. நண்பர்கள் கொடுத்த ஆலோசனையில் இவர் இந்த கடத்தலில் ஈடுபட்டதாக தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.
தொடர்ந்து இவரிடம் போலீசார் தீவிர விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர் என்றார் அவர்.
குழந்தையை காரில் வைத்தும், பைக்கில் வைத்தும் சுற்றிய ஹரிஹரன் என்பவரும் போலீஸ் வசம் சிக்கியுள்ளார்.

Police team, which accompanied SIMI leader Qamaruddin Nagori, Safdar Nagori and Aamil Pervez, visited Khargone jungle and recovered 122 gelatin sticks and explosives, 100 detonators, wire bundles, starters and VCD from the area where the camp was organised last year, police sources told PTI.
According to sources, they also tested explosives at a Farm house owned by Shahjad Hussain in the Gawalu village, about a kilometer from Balwad Police Station.
The camp, organised on the banks of river Choral in October last year, trained at least 20 activists for unidentified operations.
The site selected by Qamaruddin himself for the camp, was attended by SIMI leader Safdar Hussain, Hafiz Hussain, P A Shivli and Aamil Pervez, they said.

GHALANAI, April 1: A man and a woman were stoned to death by militants in Khwezai-Baezai area on Monday after a ‘qazi court’ found them guilty of adultery.
This is the first incident of Rajam (stoning to death) carried out in Fata. Earlier, couples found guilty of adultery by militants or tribesmen were executed by firing squads.
The woman, identified as Shano from Mohmand Agency, had allegedly eloped with Daulat Khan Malikdeenkhel of Bara on March 15.
Dr Asad, a spokesman for the militants, told Dawn that Shano was a married woman living in Peshawar’s Deen Bahar colony.
He said a complaint had been received from her family that she had been abducted by Daulat Khan. But later it was reported that she had eloped with him.
He said that some members of the Taliban movement captured them in Nowshera when they were returning from Karachi.
He said the qazi found the couple guilty of adultery and sentenced them to death by stoning and the sentence was carried out in Khwaezai-Baezai, about 40 kms west of the Mohmand Agency’s headquarters Ghalanai.
The body of the woman was laid to rest in the same area by some local people. The man’s body was taken to the hospital and handed over to his relatives.

காட்மண்டு: நேபாளத்தில் உள்ள பிராத் நகரத்தில் ஒரு மஸ்ஜிதின் மீது நடந்த வெடிகுண்டு தாக்குதலில் இருவர் அநியாயமாகக் கொல்லப் பட்டனர். பலர் மிகக் கடுமையாகக் காயமடைந்தனர்.
கடந்த சனிக்கிழமை மாலை நேரம் மஸ்ஜிதில் தொழுகை நடக்கும் வேளையில் இத்தாக்குதல் நடந்தது. இரு சக்கர வாகனத்தில் வந்த இருவர் மஸ்ஜிதில் தொழுகை நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் வேளையில் வெடிகுண்டை மஸ்ஜிதின் உள்ளே வீசி எறிந்து விட்டுத் தப்பினர்.
மஸ்ஜிதின் உள்ளேயே வெடிகுண்டு வெடித்துச் சிதறியதில் தொழுகையில் ஈடுபட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தவர்கள் நிலைகுலைந்தனர்.
தாக்குதலில் பலத்தக் காயமடைந்தவர்களை மருத்துவமனைக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லும் வழியிலேயே இருவர் அநியாயமாக உயிரிழந்தனர்.
தாக்குதலுக்குப் பின் நேபாளத்திலுள்ள ஹிந்துத்துவ இயக்கமான "நேபாள் பாதுகாப்புப் படை(நேபாள் டிஃபன்ஸ் ஆர்மி)" மஸ்ஜித் மீதான வெடிகுண்டுத் தாக்குதலுக்குப் பொறுப்பேற்றிருக்கிறது.
வெடிகுண்டு தாக்குதலுக்குப் பின்னர் நகரில் பதட்டம் நிலவியதால் பிராத் நகரம் முழுவதும் ஊரடங்கு பிறப்பிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.
நேபாள் முஸ்லிம் சிறுபான்மையினரில் பெரும்பாலானவர்களும் நேபாளின் இரண்டாவது பெரிய நகரமான இந்த பிராதில் வசிக்கின்றனர்.
"நேபாள் பாதுகாப்புப் படை" என்றப் பெயரில் இயங்கும் ஹிந்துத்துவத் தீவிரவாத இயக்கம் நேபாள் மதசார்பற்ற நாடாக மாறுவதை எதிர்க்கும் இயக்கமாகும்.

மதுரை: கன்னடர்களின் வன்முறைக்குப் பதிலடியாக தமிழகத்திலும் போராட்டங்கள் வெடித்துள்ளன. பல்வேறு இடங்களில் கர்நாடக அரசுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழக (கே.எஸ்.ஆர்.டி.சி) பேருந்துகள் தாக்கப்பட்டன. மதுரையில் கே.எஸ்.ஆர்.டி.சி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்தைப் பூட்டி, ஊழியரை சிறை வைத்து வக்கீல்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்தினர்.
ஓகனேக்கல் பிரச்சினையைக் காரணம் காட்டி கர்நாடகத்தில் குறிப்பாக பெங்களூரில் கன்னட வெறியர்கள் வன்முறையை அரங்கேற்றி வருகின்றனர். தமிழ்ப் படங்கள் திரையிடப்பட்ட தியேட்டர்கள் அடித்து நொறுக்கப்பட்டன. தமிழக பேருந்துகளும் வழிமறிக்கப்பட்டன. தமிழ் டிவி சானல்களும் முடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
இதற்குப் பதிலடி கொடுக்க ஆரம்பித்துள்ளனர். கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி பேருந்துகள் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் தாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. கும்பகோணத்தில் ஒரு பேருந்தின் டயரில் காற்றை இறக்கி விட்டு, பேருந்தை சிலர் அடித்து நொறுக்கினர். விரைந்து வந்த போலீஸார் 8 பேரைக் கைது செய்தனர்.
கோவையிலிருந்து பெங்களூர் சென்ற பேருந்து கணபதி பகுதியில் தடுத்து நிறுத்தி தாக்கப்பட்டது. இதில் பஸ் கண்ணாடிகள் உடைந்தன. பின்னர் மாற்றுப் பேருந்தில் பயணிகள் பெங்களூர் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டனர்.
மதுரையில் சிறை வைத்துப் போராட்டம்:
இந்த நிலையில் மதுரையில் கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்தை மூடி மதுரை வக்கீல்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்தியுள்ளனர்.
தமிழ்நாடு வக்கீல்கள் சங்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட வக்கீல்கள், மாட்டுத்தாவணி பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்குச் சென்றனர்.
அங்குள்ள கே.எஸ்.ஆர்.டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்திற்குச் சென்ற வக்கீல்கள், அலுவலகத்தை மூடுமாறு அங்கிருந்தவரிடம் கூறினர். ஆனால் அவர் அமைதியாக இருக்கவே, அவரை உள்ளே வைத்து வெளியே பூட்டுப் போட்டுப் பூட்டினர்.
பின்னர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த 3 கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி பேருந்துகளில் கரியைப் பூசியும், தாரைப் பூசியும் சுற்றி நின்று போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். புக்கிங் அலுவலக பெயர்ப் பலகையும் உடைக்கப்பட்டது. பின்னர் வக்கீல்கள் சிலர் பஸ்கள் மீது ஏறி கூரை மீது நின்று ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்தனர். தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறையை உடனடியாக நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்று கோஷமிட்டனர்.
தகவல் அறிந்ததும் போலீஸார் விரைந்து வந்தனர். போராட்டம் நடத்தியவர்களைக் கைது செய்து அங்கிருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்தினர். பூட்டை உடைத்து புக்கிங் அலுவலக ஊழியரை விடுவித்தனர். இந்த சம்பவத்தால் பஸ் நிலையத்தில் பரபரப்பு நிலவியது.
தற்போது அதிக அளவில் போலீஸார் அங்கு குவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்திற்கும் கூடுதல் பாதுகாப்பு தரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தஞ்சாவூரில்...
இதற்கிடையே கும்பகோணத்தில் இருந்து நேற்றிரவு பெங்களூர் புறப்பட்ட கர்நாடக அரசு பஸ் தஞ்சாவூர் புது பஸ்நிலையம் வந்தது. அங்கு தமிழ் தேச பொதுவுடமை கட்சி மாவட்ட செயலர் பழ.ராஜேந்திரன் தலைமையில் பலர் அந்த பஸ்சை மறித்தனர்.
பஸ்ஸின் டயரில் இருந்து காற்றை இறக்கி விட்டனர். கர்நாடகாவுக்கு எதிராகவும், அங்குள்ள தமிழர்களை காக்க கோரியும் கோஷம் எழுப்பினர். பஸ் நிலையத்தில் பாதுகாப்பு பணியில் இருந்த போலீசார் அவர்களை கைது செய்தனர்.
ரயிலை மறிக்க முயற்சி:
இதேபோல, இந்து மக்கள் கட்சியினர் நேற்று இரவு தூத்துக்குடியிலிருந்து மதுரை வழியாக பெங்களூர் செல்லும் ரயிலை மறிக்க மதுரை ரயில் நிலையம் நோக்கி விரைந்தனர்.
மாவட்டத் தலைவர் சோலைக்கண்ணன் தலைமையில் 10க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் திரளாக ரயில் நிலையம் வந்ததால் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.
ஆனால் ரயில் நிலையத்திற்குள் அவர்களை நுழைய விடாமல் போலீஸார் தடுத்து நிறுத்திக் கைது செய்து அப்புறப்படுத்தினர்.
பஸ்களில் கூட்டம் இல்லை: இந்த நிலையில் சென்னை உள்பட தமிழகத்தின் பல்வேறு நகரங்களிலிருந்து பெங்களூர் செல்லும் கர்நாடக அரசுப் பேருந்துகளிலும், தமிழக அரசுப் பேருந்துகளிலும் பயணிகள் கூட்டம் குறையத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
சென்னையிலிருந்து நேற்று பெங்களூர் கிளம்பிய பல பேருந்துகளில் சொற்ப எண்ணிக்கையிலேயே பயணிகள் இருந்தனர்.
பஸ்களுக்குப் பதில், ரயில்களில் போவது பாதுகாப்பானது என்பதால் பயணிகள் ரயிலில் செல்ல ஆர்வம் காட்டுகின்றனர். இதனால் ரயில்கள் வழக்கம் போல கூட்டத்துடன் காணப்படுகிறது.

ஓகனேக்கல் பிரச்சினையைக் காரணம் காட்டி கர்நாடகத்தில் குறிப்பாக பெங்களூரில் கன்னட வெறியர்கள் வன்முறையை அரங்கேற்றி வருகின்றனர். தமிழ்ப் படங்கள் திரையிடப்பட்ட தியேட்டர்கள் அடித்து நொறுக்கப்பட்டன. தமிழக பேருந்துகளும் வழிமறிக்கப்பட்டன. தமிழ் டிவி சானல்களும் முடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
இதற்குப் பதிலடி கொடுக்க ஆரம்பித்துள்ளனர். கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி பேருந்துகள் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் தாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. கும்பகோணத்தில் ஒரு பேருந்தின் டயரில் காற்றை இறக்கி விட்டு, பேருந்தை சிலர் அடித்து நொறுக்கினர். விரைந்து வந்த போலீஸார் 8 பேரைக் கைது செய்தனர்.
கோவையிலிருந்து பெங்களூர் சென்ற பேருந்து கணபதி பகுதியில் தடுத்து நிறுத்தி தாக்கப்பட்டது. இதில் பஸ் கண்ணாடிகள் உடைந்தன. பின்னர் மாற்றுப் பேருந்தில் பயணிகள் பெங்களூர் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டனர்.
மதுரையில் சிறை வைத்துப் போராட்டம்:
இந்த நிலையில் மதுரையில் கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்தை மூடி மதுரை வக்கீல்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்தியுள்ளனர்.
தமிழ்நாடு வக்கீல்கள் சங்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட வக்கீல்கள், மாட்டுத்தாவணி பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்குச் சென்றனர்.
அங்குள்ள கே.எஸ்.ஆர்.டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்திற்குச் சென்ற வக்கீல்கள், அலுவலகத்தை மூடுமாறு அங்கிருந்தவரிடம் கூறினர். ஆனால் அவர் அமைதியாக இருக்கவே, அவரை உள்ளே வைத்து வெளியே பூட்டுப் போட்டுப் பூட்டினர்.
பின்னர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த 3 கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி பேருந்துகளில் கரியைப் பூசியும், தாரைப் பூசியும் சுற்றி நின்று போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். புக்கிங் அலுவலக பெயர்ப் பலகையும் உடைக்கப்பட்டது. பின்னர் வக்கீல்கள் சிலர் பஸ்கள் மீது ஏறி கூரை மீது நின்று ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்தனர். தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறையை உடனடியாக நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்று கோஷமிட்டனர்.
தகவல் அறிந்ததும் போலீஸார் விரைந்து வந்தனர். போராட்டம் நடத்தியவர்களைக் கைது செய்து அங்கிருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்தினர். பூட்டை உடைத்து புக்கிங் அலுவலக ஊழியரை விடுவித்தனர். இந்த சம்பவத்தால் பஸ் நிலையத்தில் பரபரப்பு நிலவியது.
தற்போது அதிக அளவில் போலீஸார் அங்கு குவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். கேஎஸ்ஆர்டிசி புக்கிங் அலுவலகத்திற்கும் கூடுதல் பாதுகாப்பு தரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தஞ்சாவூரில்...
இதற்கிடையே கும்பகோணத்தில் இருந்து நேற்றிரவு பெங்களூர் புறப்பட்ட கர்நாடக அரசு பஸ் தஞ்சாவூர் புது பஸ்நிலையம் வந்தது. அங்கு தமிழ் தேச பொதுவுடமை கட்சி மாவட்ட செயலர் பழ.ராஜேந்திரன் தலைமையில் பலர் அந்த பஸ்சை மறித்தனர்.
பஸ்ஸின் டயரில் இருந்து காற்றை இறக்கி விட்டனர். கர்நாடகாவுக்கு எதிராகவும், அங்குள்ள தமிழர்களை காக்க கோரியும் கோஷம் எழுப்பினர். பஸ் நிலையத்தில் பாதுகாப்பு பணியில் இருந்த போலீசார் அவர்களை கைது செய்தனர்.
ரயிலை மறிக்க முயற்சி:
இதேபோல, இந்து மக்கள் கட்சியினர் நேற்று இரவு தூத்துக்குடியிலிருந்து மதுரை வழியாக பெங்களூர் செல்லும் ரயிலை மறிக்க மதுரை ரயில் நிலையம் நோக்கி விரைந்தனர்.
மாவட்டத் தலைவர் சோலைக்கண்ணன் தலைமையில் 10க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் திரளாக ரயில் நிலையம் வந்ததால் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது.
ஆனால் ரயில் நிலையத்திற்குள் அவர்களை நுழைய விடாமல் போலீஸார் தடுத்து நிறுத்திக் கைது செய்து அப்புறப்படுத்தினர்.
பஸ்களில் கூட்டம் இல்லை: இந்த நிலையில் சென்னை உள்பட தமிழகத்தின் பல்வேறு நகரங்களிலிருந்து பெங்களூர் செல்லும் கர்நாடக அரசுப் பேருந்துகளிலும், தமிழக அரசுப் பேருந்துகளிலும் பயணிகள் கூட்டம் குறையத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
சென்னையிலிருந்து நேற்று பெங்களூர் கிளம்பிய பல பேருந்துகளில் சொற்ப எண்ணிக்கையிலேயே பயணிகள் இருந்தனர்.
பஸ்களுக்குப் பதில், ரயில்களில் போவது பாதுகாப்பானது என்பதால் பயணிகள் ரயிலில் செல்ல ஆர்வம் காட்டுகின்றனர். இதனால் ரயில்கள் வழக்கம் போல கூட்டத்துடன் காணப்படுகிறது.

This is the first time a Saudi court has allowed a woman to marry the man of her choice, reported Saudi daily Okaz.
The 28-year-old woman from Riyadh wanted to marry a young Imam, arguing that due to her 'advanced' age, she would not find another suitor.
The woman convinced the judge to allow her to marry, and act as the woman's legal guardian so that the marriage could take place.
Under Islamic Sharia law, the father or a legal guardian can arrange the marriage of his daughter without her consent, but if she opposes the marriage, it is cancelled.

During a question answer session in East London Mosque, preacher Imam Abdul Makin was asked by a niqabi muslima about recent fatwa from a well known Imam .
Naqabi Woman: “One eyed hooked Imam Hamza Mesri said muslims can kill British infidels and have sex with their wives and daughters, Do you agree with him?”
Imam: “It is not what Imam Hamza said nor is there a question of my agreeing with him or not. It is in Quran thus those are Allah’s orders.”
N.W.: “But why would Allah tell muslims to kill and rape innocent non muslims?”
Imam: “Because Non-muslims are never innocent, they are guilty of denying Allah and his prophet. If you don’t believe me, here is the legal authority, the top muslim lawyer of Britain, Anjem Choudhary (Video).”
N.W. “ But our Prophet was sent as a mercy for all the humanity; he never hurt any body in his life”
Imam: “Yes he never hurt a muslim in his life. But Allah said non-muslim are lowest beasts and worst creatures in ayas 8.22,8.55,95.5 and 98.6 and muslim are ordered to kill them."
N.W.:” But did prophet approve of killing them and raping their wives?”
Imam: “Yes he did. He not only approved of such acts, he and his sahabas practiced it regularly under Allah’s orders. He was helpless in it... If you don’t believe me , you have to believe sahih hadiths. I will quote you two hadiths about his typical day after a raid. These hadiths are about the raid on jewish village Khaibar whose chief was Kinana who had gorgeous 17 year old wife Safia. Prophet tortured and beheaded Kinana in front of Safia and raped her all night afterwards.
Sahih Bukhari, volume 5, Book 59, Number 512: Narrated Anas: Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their men killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet (prophet took her away from him after giving Dahya two women and five men in exchange for Safia, Ref. Sahih Muslim 8:3328) .
Sirat e Rasulullah, Ibn Hisham, page 766 “Safiyah was captured in the Khaibar raid and was claimed by the apostle as his share of booty.. She was then seventeen. She was groomed and made-up for the Prophet by Umm Sulaim, the mother of Anas ibn Malik. They spent the night there. In the early dawn, the Prophet suspected some movement near the tent) . He went out to enquire and saw Abu Ayyub.. He asked him what he was doing near his tent. He replied: "I was afraid for you with this young lady. You had killed her father, her husband and many of her relatives, and till recently she was an unbeliever. I was really afraid for you on her account and was guarding you." The Prophet prayed for Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (Ibn Hisham, p. 766)
The description of the steamy all night action between the 62 year old Prophet and teenage Safia left the niqabi woman very depressed and the male audience very horny. Imam himself got excited and started thinking about the possibility of killing an infidel and raping his wife, who knows Allah could reward him with paradaise for following in the footsteps of his most beloved apostle..
Imam Abdul, after a lot of thinking and contemplating, figured out that killing is too risky in England. He could end up behind bars for life. Rape is desirable, less risky and more fun. His congregation muslim members could help him in this Islamic duty by providing an alibi that he was preaching in the mosque at the time of the rape (in case he was apprehended).. He talked to them about this favour.. Seven of them agreed to testify for him provided Imam will do the same for them if they got caught themselves for their rape jihad.
The Imam had been lusting for a while on a good looking kafira, who lived alone in the neighbourhood.. Late one night he entered her apartment, captured her at a knife point and brutally raped her. To complete the sunna he took her very expensive computer cell phone as halal booty (aya 8.1).
The woman had seen this weird looking bearded pot bellied Imam walking in and out of the neighbourhood mosque. She reported him to the police and the Imam was nabbed. As promised the seven namazis testified for him and provided the alibi that Imam was preaching at the time of the rape.
But alas! DNA test contradicted their testimony. He and his seven namazi friends were all sentenced to prison terms.
Their burqa-clad wives, present in the court, couldn’t believe this miscarriage of justice. They yelled abuse at the judge for punishing their husbands for practising their religion. They asked why was an act approved by Quran and practiced by holy prophet is punishable in a country which claims freedom of religion? It was clearly a discrimination against muslims and definitely an islamophobia. Now they realized how important it is for muslims to implement sharia in England as suggested by the learned Archbishop.
But Imam Abdul had no regrets. For the first time in his life he had a white woman and in addition he gained a lot of sawab for following in the footsteps of his beloved prophet..
The real losers were the pious namazis who neither could enjoy a kafira nor could gain any sawab (virtue) but ended up in the monkey house (khaya peeya kuch nahin, glass tora, barana)..

A Muslim leader who claimed he was preaching at a mosque when he was really carrying out a brutal rape was jailed for ten years yesterday.
Abdul Mukin Khalisadar held a knife to his victim’s throat as he attacked her in her home.
He persuaded seven men to back up his story that he had been in the mosque at the time.
Khalisadar later admitted raping the 27-year-old.
He claimed a substance he took to help with fasting during Ramadan had made him “hyper.”
The preacher forced his way into her home as she got back from a night out, the court was told.
He threatened to kill her — even after she claimed to be pregnant with twins to put him off, prosecutor Simon Carr said.
Khalisadar also stole a mobile from the house in Whitechapel, East London.
He was caught by DNA. Judge Timothy King blasted his “hypocrisy”.
Imam got 7½ years for rape and 2½ for conspiring to pervert justice.
Seven members of East London Mosque admitted perverting justice and got 12 months each.
Burka-clad women in the public gallery yelled abuse at the judge — and one screamed that the victim was a prostitute.

Moral of the story: Momins should only rape in Sharia country as it is risk free there. Sharia law requires four male witnesses to prove a rape.

The description of the steamy all night action between the 62 year old Prophet and teenage Safia left the niqabi woman very depressed and the male audience very horny. He talked to them about this favour.. Seven of them agreed to testify for him provided Imam will do the same for them if they got caught themselves for their rape jihad.
The Imam had been lusting for a while on a good looking kafira, who lived alone in the neighbourhood.. Late one night he entered her apartment, captured her at a knife point and brutally raped her. To complete the sunna he took her very expensive computer cell phone as halal booty (aya 8.1).
The woman had seen this weird looking bearded pot bellied Imam walking in and out of the neighbourhood mosque. She reported him to the police and the Imam was nabbed. As promised the seven namazis testified for him and provided the alibi that Imam was preaching at the time of the rape.
But alas! DNA test contradicted their testimony. He and his seven namazi friends were all sentenced to prison terms.
Their burqa-clad wives, present in the court, couldn’t believe this miscarriage of justice. They yelled abuse at the judge for punishing their husbands for practising their religion. They asked why was an act approved by Quran and practiced by holy prophet is punishable in a country which claims freedom of religion? It was clearly a discrimination against muslims and definitely an islamophobia. Now they realized how important it is for muslims to implement sharia in England as suggested by the learned Archbishop.
But Imam Abdul had no regrets. For the first time in his life he had a white woman and in addition he gained a lot of sawab for following in the footsteps of his beloved prophet..
The real losers were the pious namazis who neither could enjoy a kafira nor could gain any sawab (virtue) but ended up in the monkey house (khaya peeya kuch nahin, glass tora, barana)..

A Muslim leader who claimed he was preaching at a mosque when he was really carrying out a brutal rape was jailed for ten years yesterday.
Abdul Mukin Khalisadar held a knife to his victim’s throat as he attacked her in her home.
He persuaded seven men to back up his story that he had been in the mosque at the time.
Khalisadar later admitted raping the 27-year-old.
He claimed a substance he took to help with fasting during Ramadan had made him “hyper.”
The preacher forced his way into her home as she got back from a night out, the court was told.
He threatened to kill her — even after she claimed to be pregnant with twins to put him off, prosecutor Simon Carr said.
Khalisadar also stole a mobile from the house in Whitechapel, East London.
He was caught by DNA. Judge Timothy King blasted his “hypocrisy”.
Imam got 7½ years for rape and 2½ for conspiring to pervert justice.
Seven members of East London Mosque admitted perverting justice and got 12 months each.
Burka-clad women in the public gallery yelled abuse at the judge — and one screamed that the victim was a prostitute.

In the lower Syariah Court, businessman Roslan Ngah, 44, divorced both of his wives by pronouncing talak (intention to divorce) to each of them.
He pronounced talak to his second wife Mastura Ahmad, 35, at about 11.50am, and then to Norhayati Ismail, 46, before Syarie judge Wan Abdul Malik Wan Sidek.
Wan Abdul Mali said this was the first time in the court’s history of two wives seeking divorced at the same time.
Earlier, someone had sent out a message “There is a case in Syariah (court), husband divorce two wives. Star plse come now.”
Four reporters here who received the SMS brushed it off as a prank.
An hour later there was another SMS: “This is not a joke, plse come to court now.”
This time the reporters headed to the court. They made it in time to listen to the proceedings.
Norhayati, a homemaker, has four children, aged nine to 22, with Roslan after marrying in 1986.
Mastura, a nurse at Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital, has two, aged six and 10, following their marriage in 1995.
Both women looked composed during the proceedings. With Norhayati was her eldest daughter Nurfarhana, 19.
The divorces were made under Section 44 of Terengganu Syariah Enactment.
Outside the court, Roslan said he felt sad to be separated from his wives whom he claimed asked him for the divorce.
He said both women shared “a very close relationship” and lived in a house in Pasir Panjang here. He lives in another house a few metres away.
“They are like good friends but I never imagined that both of them had collectively decided to divorce me.
“I admit that my relationship with them had strained over the past few months but I never expect our marriages to end in this manner,” he said in a calm voice.
Roslan confessed that he was also married to another woman in 2001 and was blessed with a baby girl but were separated in 2004.
When asked whether he would remarry, Roslan replied: “If my fate says so I have no qualms and this time I hope that my marriage would last forever.”

New Delhi, April 1: With its past efforts to woo Muslims not yielding 100 per cent results, the Bharatiya Janata Party is organising a three-day national executive of the BJP’s minority wing. With the Assembly elections and general elections lined up, the event is being seen as "let there be a new beginning" by the saffron party which is trying hard to present itself as a "minority friendly" party.
The event will be held in Hyderabad from April 4 and is likely to promise welfare schemes for them if the NDA comes to power.
BJP minority cell president Shahnawaz Hussain said that the party will appeal to Muslims to "let us make a new beginning under Advani’s leadership".
The political resolution to be adopted at the conclave will reach out to minorities, especially Muslims, asking them to forget the misunderstandings of the past and project the BJP’s prime ministerial face, Mr L.K. Advani, as a friendly leader. The party is also planning minority rallies across the country in the coming days in an attempt to reach out to the minority communities.
The political resolution will also seek to blame the Congress for the plight of Muslims in the country as brought out by the report of the Sachar Committee. The event will also see discussion on the candidature of more Muslim candidates by the party.
"If Muslims are poor, unemployed and backward today, it is because of the Congress which has ruled this country for majority of the years. It has done nothing for the uplift of Muslims," said Mr Hussain.

LAHORE: The Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC) has said that according to the recent researches conducted in collaboration with International Labour Organisation (ILO) the number of bonded labour in brick kilns was almost one million in Pakistan.
The SPARC officials addressing a press conference on “Bonded labour and formation of vigilance committees in Punjab”, which held at Lahore Press Club Lahore on Friday added that according a research, supported by ILO, the total estimated number of people in debt bondage in 2000 was 1.8 million across Pakistan.
Jawad Aslam, the provincial coordinator SPARC told the press conference “A further 6.8 million people are subjected to compulsory labour for the landlord on their farm or house (beggar),” he said, adding, “There are incidences of debt bondage in brick kilns, carpet weaving, mining, glass and fishing industries.” He added that it was estimated that there could be as many as one million brick kilns workers in bonded labour across the 4,000 brick kilns in Pakistan.
In early 2000 the then Chief Executive Pakistan, President Pervez Musharraf publicly committed his regime to substantively address issues of relief, rehabilitation, and abolition of child and bonded labour. The federal cabinet approved the National Policy and Action Plan in September 2001.
Annual fund of Rs 100 million has also been constituted for the rehabilitation and welfare of freed bonded labourers. “One reason for the dismal pace of progress appears to be continued provincial reluctance to acknowledge the widespread existence of, and hence obligation to deal with, bonded labour as a special problem independent of mass poverty,” he added.
Aslam asked the Punjab chief minister to issue notification of the formation of the vigilance committees in districts under the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1992 and Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Rules, 1995.
SPARC officials also aspired to fight bonded labour, particularly the existence of child bonded labour in the Punjab province, through the mobilisation of concerned government departments and civil society for the effective implementation of national and international laws and conventions, like the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act of 1992, Employment of Children Act of 1991 and the International Labour Organisation Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention No 182.
The Bonded Labour Act calls upon the state to establish multilateral district vigilance committees headed by district nazims and consisting of elected representatives, district administration, bar associations, the press, recognised social workers and labour departments of federal and provincial governments.
The vigilance committees are mandated to advise the district administration on matters relating to the effective implementation of the law, including the rehabilitation of the freed bonded labourers. The vigilance committees in Punjab are not operational till date, thus the law has not been implemented effectively yet.
He said it was ironic that four-year tenure of Local Governments System was about to end and not a single district nazim so far has constituted the vigilance committees in the Punjab province. He said, however, NWFP government took initiative in this connection. He said SPARC also had concerns on keeping bonded labour under the Home Department in Punjab and it should be dealt by the Labour Department instead as in other provinces.

Manual scavenging
Manual scavenging is manual removal of excreta (night soil) from "dry toilets", i.e., toilet without the modern flush system, especially in the Indian subcontinent.
The system of building public toilets and employing people to remove the excreta was introduced during the British rule in India perhaps in the late 19th century when municipalities were organized. The toilets often used a container that needed to be emptied daily.
Such toilets appear to have been unknown in ancient India. Since most settlements were small and surrounded by fields or forests, people used to just walk out. During the early British period, the sizes of the towns grew, requiring a need to public sanitation.
Chamber-pots were used by aristocracy in Europe, where there was often a need to avoid going out in the cold. A chaise percée was brought in when needed.
Manual scavenging is said to have started in 1214 in Europe when the first public toilets appeared. The water closet was invented by John Harrington in 1596. In 1870, S.S. Helior invented the flush type toilet, and it became common in the western world. This caused other types of toilets to disappear in the western world. All surface toilets were abandoned in western Europe in mid-1950s.
In India in 1970s, Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak introduced his "Sulabh" concept for building and managing public toilets in India, which has introduced hygienic and well-managed public toilet system.
Manual scavenging still survives in parts of India without proper sewage systems. In 1970s the state of Karnataka passed a law to ban manual scavenging. The Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993 punishes the employment of scavengers or the construction of dry (non-flush) latrines with imprisonment for up to one year and/or a fine of Rs 2,000. However some municipalities still run public dry-toilets. The central government has planned eradication of Manual Scavenging by 2007.

Afghan bill may ban dancing, other un-Islamic TV scenes

KABUL - TV programs that show dancing and other un-Islamic practices would be banned under a resolution passed by Afghanistan’s lower house of Parliament.
The decision came after the Tolo TV channel showed a dance routine on an Afghan film awards program. The Information and Culture Ministry condemned the scene: “Dancing by men and women together was completely against the culture of the Afghan, Muslim society.”
The parliamentary resolution said dancers should not be shown on TV, and un-Islamic scenes should be cut from Indian TV series broadcast in Afghanistan, said lawmaker Din Mohammad Azimi.
The resolution will go before the upper house of Parliament. It would have to be approved by the president before becoming law.
Afghanistan’s media boomed after the fall of the Taliban in 2001. But officials and warlords have pressured broadcasters over programming. Last year gunmen shot radio station owner Zakia Zaki to death in front of her 8-year-old son, in a dispute with warlords over programming.

The parliamentary resolution said dancers should not be shown on TV, and un-Islamic scenes should be cut from Indian TV series broadcast in Afghanistan, said lawmaker Din Mohammad Azimi.
The resolution will go before the upper house of Parliament. It would have to be approved by the president before becoming law.
Afghanistan’s media boomed after the fall of the Taliban in 2001. But officials and warlords have pressured broadcasters over programming. Last year gunmen shot radio station owner Zakia Zaki to death in front of her 8-year-old son, in a dispute with warlords over programming.

[-] Text [+] JAKARTA (Reuters) - About 50 members of a hardline Indonesian Muslim group held a rowdy protest outside the Dutch embassy on Monday, calling for the death of a Dutch lawmaker behind a film accusing the Koran of inciting violence.
Geert Wilders, leader of the anti-immigration Freedom Party in the Netherlands, launched his short video on the Internet last week, drawing condemnation from Muslim nations.
Dozens of police, with two water cannon at the ready, did not intervene during the protest by white-clad members of the Islamic Defenders' Front, some of whom hurled eggs and plastic water bottles into the compound of the Dutch embassy in Jakarta.
"I call on Muslims around the world, if you run into the maker of the film, kill him," said one of the speakers at the rally, Awit Mashuri.
"Geert Wilders is a Christian terrorist," declared a placard held up by a protester. "Kill Geert Wilders," read another.
The Front is notorious for its past raids on nightspots the group accused of harbouring prostitutes and drug dealers.
In 2003, the group's leader, Mohammad Rizieq Shihab, was jailed for seven months for inciting violence.
Dutch director Theo van Gogh, who made a film accusing Islam of condoning violence against women, was murdered by a militant Islamist in 2004.
Wilders' film "Fitna" -- an Arabic term sometimes translated as "strife" -- intersperses images of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States and Islamist bombings with quotations from the Koran, Islam's holy book.
The film urges Muslims to tear out "hate-filled" verses from the Koran and starts and ends with a cartoon of the Prophet Mohammad with a bomb under his turban, accompanied by the sound of ticking.
The cartoon, first published in Danish newspapers, ignited violent protests around the world and a boycott of Danish products in 2006. Many Muslims regard any depiction of the Prophet as offensive.
So far, the protests against the Dutch film have been small scale in Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation and a former Dutch colony.

MUMBAI: In a unique case of a father putting justice before kinship, Mohammad Mustaqin Khan ensured that his son was punished for raping an infant.
On Monday, a sessions judge in Mumbai sentenced the 26-year-old Mohammad Moin Khan to ten years of jail, bringing to an end a tormented chapter in the father's life when he had repeatedly to choose between freedom for his son and justice for an 18-month-old child he had seen only once. At every turn he chose justice.
Mustaqin, a real estate agent at Dharavi, was shocked on the morning of January 4, 2006 when he came home and discovered what his son had just done. Moin had carried the victim to their home and that is where Mustaqin found them. Realising that his son had committed a brutal crime, Mustaqin acted promptly and called the police.
But Moin had fled before the police arrived. While some policemen carried the baby, the daughter of a daily wage earner, to hospital for a medical examination, Mustaqin took the rest on a search hunt to the places where his son was a regular. The strategy paid off and Moin was arrested.
Moin was released a few days later on bail but he did not go home. Police declared him an absconder and hoped that he would be apprehended soon. Three months later Mustaqin came home from work to find his son in the bathroom taking a shower. Once again Mustaqin did not hesitate to call the police. This time around Moin was sent to Arthur Road Jail, where he was housed as an undertrial.
By the time the case came up before Judge Swapna Joshi, the baby girl and her family could not be traced despite all efforts by the police. The prosecution feared that Moin would get away. But his father was equal to the task once again. In detailed testimony, the older man deposed on what he had seen on the day of the incident.
Public prosecutor Usha Makasare also questioned neighbours who corroborated that they had seen Moin on that day with the victim. Mustaqin's statement, combined with the medical evidence, convinced the judge that Moin was guilty.

Mumbai, Mar 30: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) paid tribute to the martyrs of the 1857 independence uprising through a ghosh sanchalan (band march) on Saturday. The rightist organisation has said that the commemoration was an effort to shed light on the Hindu-Muslim unity during the 1857 war.
Playing various tunes, the 500-odd RSS band marched from Azad Maidan to the Gateway of India. A fire was lit at 6.57pm to pay tribute to the martyrs. Actor Sachin Khedekar was the chief guest.
Sharad Joshi, a senior RSS functionary, said, �Mangal Pandey had opened fire at his a British officer on March 29, 1857, at Barrackpore. So we decided to mark the day by paying tribute to the martyrs.�
The party also commemorated a Muslim soldier, Sayyed Hussain. He was the first Mumbaikar killed by a cannon on October 15, 1857, at Azad Maidan. Mangal Gadiya was the other. The governor who ordered the killing was Sir Elphinstone. �The independence war of 1857 is a unique example of Hindu-Muslim unity. Unfortunately, it was the last effort of freedom where Hindu and Muslims joined hands against the British. Sensing that this unity can prove dangerous for their rule, the British adopted the �divide-and-rule� strategy and succeeded in staying in India for the next 90 years. This functionwill be helpful in reiterating the need for Hindu-Muslim unity once again,� said a senior RSS leader, requesting anonymity.
He said, �RSS has never had hatred for the Muslims. In fact, we will welcome the Muslims to the RSS if they are ready to accept our values.� According to RSS, everybody has a right to pray for his deity in his style. But every Indian should accept that Ganga is a holy river and Ramayan and Mahabharata are the holy books of India.

Sustained interrogation has revealed that the Students Islamic Movement of India or SIMI planned a crack commando team to foster trouble in the heart of India. This revelation came in just days after the police arrested key SIMI activist Safdar Nagori in MP.
Safdar Nagori -- the General Secretary of SIMI was arrested last week (March 2008). He has been suspected of being privy to almost every attack in the country as he has been involved in the handiwork of the dreaded SIMI. Also involved in the global pan-Islamic jihadi community are, once friend of assassinated Palestine Hamas leader -- Sheikh Ahmed Yasin and Chief of Jamat-e-Islami in Pakistan -- Quazi Husein Ahmed.
However, sources claimed that SIMI was training crack commandoes to strike terror right in the heart of India. Training is being given to nearly 200 commandoes who are hardcore Taliban jihadis, to assist Mullah Omar -- who Nagori allegedly claimed was SIMI's guiding force.
Training to overcome every adversity is broken into four levels with endurance and accuracy tested every step of the way:
First level includes the basics training with catapults, pelting stones and a 30 km walk.
Second, to shoot targets with air guns aimed at achieving accuracy and to lie in a packed tunnel for over 24 hrs.
In the third level commandos are trained to shoot at a close range of five feet and staying underwater for at least five minutes.
The final level deals with accuracy in shooting moving objects at a minimum of 50 feet.
The interrogation has apparently helped intelligence agencies get a handle on how far the SIMI tentacles have spread. But investigators know that this is just the tip of the iceberg, with the terror outfit now changing their name to just Students Islamic Movement and dropping India from its banner, the world is now their oyster.
