தமிழ் இணைய தளங்களில் முஸ்லீம்களும் கிறிஸ்துவர்களும் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் தாக்கிக்கொள்கின்றனர்.

ஆகவே இந்த இருவருக்குள்ளும் நல்லிணக்கம் கொண்டுவருவதற்காக எப்படி குரானும் பைபிளும் பல விஷயங்களில் ஒத்துப்போகின்றன என்று காட்டி மத நல்லிணக்கத்தை உருவாக்கலாம் என்ற சிறு முயற்சியே இது.

முதலாவது ஒரு பெண்ணின் மதிப்பு என்ன?

பைபிள் - லேவியாகமம் 27

1. பின்னும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2. நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: யாதாமொருவர் ஒரு விசேஷித்த பொருத்தனை பண்ணியிருந்தால், பொருத்தனை பண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் உன் மதிப்பின்படி கர்த்தருக்கு உரியவர்கள்.
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

3. இருபது வயதுமுதல் அறுபது வயதுக்குட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை நீ பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தின் சேக்கலாகிய ஐம்பது வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,
And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

4. பெண்பிள்ளையை முப்பது சேக்கலாகவும் மதிப்பாயாக.
And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

5. ஐந்து வயதுமுதல் இருபது வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை இருபது சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையை பத்துச்சேக்கலாகவும்,
And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6. ஒரு மாதம்முதல் ஐந்து வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட ஆண்பிள்ளையை ஐந்து வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையை மூன்று வெள்ளிச்சேக்கலாகவும்,
And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

7. அறுபது வயது தொடங்கி, அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள ஆண்பிள்ளையைப் பதினைந்து சேக்கலாகவும், பெண்பிள்ளையைப் பத்துச்சேக்கலாகவும் மதிக்கக்கடவாய்.
And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

ஆகவே, பைபிளின் கர்த்தரின் படி ஒரு பெண்ணின் மதிப்பு ஆணின் மதிப்பில் சுமார் பாதிதான்.

Allah chargeth you concerning (the provision for) your children: to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females, and if there be women more than two, then theirs is two-thirds of the inheritance, and if there be one (only) then the half. -- Quran 4:11

4:11 உங்கள் மக்களில் ஓர் ஆணுக்கு இரண்டு பெண்களுக்குக் கிடைக்கும் பங்குபோன்றது கிடைக்கும் என்று அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு உபதேசிக்கின்றான்¢ பெண்கள் மட்டும் இருந்து அவர்கள் இரண்டு அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்டிருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு இறந்து போனவர்விட்டுச் சென்றதில் மூன்றில் இரண்டு பாகம் கிடைக்கும். ஆனால் ஒரே பெண்ணாக இருந்தால் அவள் பங்கு பாதியாகும்¢ இறந்தவருக்கு குழந்தை இருக்குமானால் இறந்தவர் விட்டுச் சென்றதில் ஆறில் ஒரு பாகம் (அவரது) பெற்றோர் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் உண்டு. ஆனால் இறந்தவருக்கு குழந்தை இல்லாதிருந்து பெற்றோர் மாத்திரமே வாரிசாக இருந்தால் அவர் தாய்க்கு மூன்றில் ஒரு பாகம் (மீதி தந்தைக்கு உரியதாகும்)¢ இறந்தவருக்கு சகோதரர்கள் இருந்தால் அவர் தாய்க்கு ஆறில் ஒரு பாகம் தான் (மீதி தந்தைக்கு சேரும்). இவ்வாறு பிரித்துக் கொடுப்பது அவர் செய்துள்ள மரண சாஸனத்தையும், கடனையும் நிறைவேற்றிய பின்னர்தான்¢ உங்கள் பெற்றோர்களும், குழந்தைகளும் - இவர்களில் யார் நன்மை பயப்பதில் உங்களுக்கு நெருக்கமாக இருப்பவர்கள் என்று நீங்கள் அறிய மாட்டீர்கள்¢ ஆகையினால் (இந்த பாகப்பிரிவினை) அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து வந்த கட்டளையாகும்¢ நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் (யாவற்றையும்) நன்கறிந்தவனாகவும் மிக்க ஞானமுடையவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான

And call two witness from among your men, two witnesses. And if two men be not at hand, then a man and two women.

தவிர, (நீங்கள் சாட்சியாக ஏற்கக் கூடிய) உங்கள் ஆண்களில் இருவரை சாட்சியாக்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்¢ ஆண்கள் இருவர் கிடைக்காவிட்டால், சாட்சியங்களில் நீங்கள் பொருந்தக்கூடியவர்களிலிருந்து ஆடவர் ஒருவரையும், பெண்கள் இருவரையும் சாட்சிகளாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்¢

பைபிளும் குரானும் ஒரு பெண்ணின் மதிப்பு ஒரு ஆணின் மதிப்பில் பாதிதான் என்று கூறுகின்றன.

அப்படியிருக்கும்போது இவ்வாறு முஸ்லீம்களும் கிறிஸ்துவர்களும் அடித்துக்கொள்வது எதற்காக?

Muslims donate land to construct Hindu temple

Malappuram (Kerala), Sept. 25: A small village in Kerala has shown the preserving communal harmony among Muslims and Hindus.

A Muslim mosque committee and a Muslim family member in the Peruvalloor panchayat in Malappuram district has provided their land to reconstruct a centuries old temple that too just 50 meters away from a mosque. The proposal originated when the debris of an old Gowri Sankara temple, which was destroyed years ago, were recovered from a land near to the half-a-century old Hidhayathul Islam Secondary Madrasa a few weeks ago.

The village panchayat members and mosque authorities held talks with the representatives of both religions and decided to hand over the land which centuries ago belonged to a Hindu family.

"P. Abdul Nasar, owner of the ancestral land, who is in Gulf now, came forward to declare that he nor his family members are not at all hesitant to hand over the land to construct the temple. This land is owned by my father and later given to my brother, who decided to take this step," said P Sulikha, sister of Abdul.

There were small disagreements between the representatives of the communities on the reconstruction of the temple. But later an informally constituted committee comprising of mosque authorities, members from the village panchayat and temple authorities decided to discuss the problem. The feeling was that the reconstruction of the temple was impossible, taking the proximity of Madrasa and Farookabad mosque into consideration.

The committee kept the issue a secret, and tried to arrive at a solution. .

According to a temple authority, the land, belonged to Mangalasseri Illam years ago. But the ownership of the land changed several times before Abdul became the owner.

The Hindu families later abandoned the temple.

One of the temple committee members, Dasan Kottaykulam, said: "The Gowri Sanakra temple was a part of Kadampuzha temple which has a legend of over 3000 years. All the members from the Hindu community are happy for the kind consideration shown by the Muslim community." For the past 300 years, no worship has taken place at the temple, which is in a dilapidated condition. Now, the mosque authorities have handed over the land to us and we will soon start the reconstruction and modification work, Dasan added.

As per the legend, Lord Siva and Goddess Parvathi had stayed here for nearly four years. It is believed that the temple was constructed nearly 3000 years ago.

The temple authority has formed a committee named Kshetra Samrakshana Samiti to reconstruct the temple. Villagers can now listen to the prayer calls from the mosque and chanting of Vedas from the temple at the same time during the holy month of Ramzan.
